This referral does not require charity care.

Indications: Please refer to EHHOPGyn if your patient has an abnormal pap smear (not already followed by Gyn) or needs an endometrial biopsy, IUD placement, Contraception/Family Planning, pessary placement, or evaluation of any other gynecological concern.

Please note that routine pap smears, OB/Gyn history, and STI screenings should be done at the main clinic.

Senior Clinician

Check this spreadsheet to see if your patient is already known to EHHOP Gyn. If not, or if they have a new gyn complaint for which they need to be seen before their next RTC date, fill out this Google Form with the patient.

Teaching Senior

Check this spreadsheet to see if your patient is already known to EHHOP Gyn. Check the EHHOPGyn tab of the Ancillary Clinic Referrals spreadsheet to see what the SC submitted.

After clinic, the EHHOPGyn team will evaluate referrals and schedule patients for appointments.

Eight patients can be seen each month. The average wait time is 2-3 months.
