8AM: Lead Didactic - On zoom (make sure you have sent your personal zoom link to the Head TS in advance); instructions for how to structure lesson here
TS Telehealth Didactic Outline
8:30AM: Morning Rounds - Go over sign-ins with Senior Clinicians via zoom; ask if they have questions and let them know what to prioritize
9AM-1PM:
- Triage Urgent Issues - If patients call EHHOP throughout the day, Clinic Managers will reach out to you or you may receive email.
- Managing Waitlist: Be in contact with Telehealth Senior Clinicians around appointment times to see if they reach their patients. If not, ask them to call a waitlisted patient and check-in to ensure they are in touch with a patient.
1PM: Sign-Outs Virtual (zoom or phone) with the Telehealth Senior Clinicians
