Neurology

Edit

Most neurology referrals are CURBSIDED. SEE COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE TABS BELOW. Full visits require charity care.

If referral needs to be expedited, ask the Ambulatory Referrals Manager, Marc Casale, to email Neurology Chief Resident Christine Stahl.

Senior Clinician

Teaching Senior

If curbside is sufficient, please reach out to Dr. Michelle Fabian (for non-epileptic problems), Dr. Lara Marcuse (for epilepsy), Dr. Madeline Fields (for epilepsy), or Dr. Deborah Horowitz (for carotid dopplers). NOTE: if this patient has a Chronic Care senior, the Chronic Care senior should draft the consult email and send to the Head TS and Chief TS for approval before contacting the consultant.

If a full neuro evaluation is necessary, get an official order signed on EPIC and email referral and its urgency to referrals@mssm.edu after clinic.
