  1. Make sure you know the Charity Care Level of the patient who will be receiving the procedure.

  2. Google the CPT Code of the procedure you are interested in.

    • Alternatively, you can see the code listed in the Epic order entry search box in an active encounter.

  3. Call (212) 731-3600 with this information and ask for an estimate.
