How to help patients resolve outstanding bills:

Send patient to ACT.

Access to Care Team

Determine whether the patient has an active Emergency Medicaid. Cost

Cost to EHHOP Patient: Cost will vary depending on the bill. Most (but not all) Mt. Sinai bills are usually resolved with the patient having to spend under fifty dollars on the bill. There is no cost for going to Financial Services.

Wait time

Most bills are usually resolved in 2-3 weeks.
