Nursing Care

Note: Nursing visits are currently unavailable as of 10/2023, as the partnership we have with our current nurse is coming to a close. This page is being preserved in case this service becomes available again the future.

Nursing Care visits are provided by our EHHOP nursing staff (see EHHOP Roster). Appointments are available for 11:30AM, 12PM, 12:30PM, and 1PM on most Saturdays. The schedule of dates can be found on the EHHOP Master Calendar.

Senior Clinician

Consult with TS if you are unsure whether to schedule Ancillary Nursing Service visit vs. Teaching Senior Quick Visit.Schedule with CM at end of day along with follow-up appointment.Prior to nursing care visit, email Johanna Timmins, RNin order to communicate the goals of the visit.

Do not sign out anything that requires an EPIC order (to make these visits quick, Joni will not present to Saturday attending unless urgent). If you need to draw a lab, contact CM on call to schedule separate labs only visit. Also, do not switch to new glucometers at this visit since this requires an EPIC order.

It is your responsibility to f/u on the outcome of the nursing care visit and to plan subsequent visits.
