Accessing a Wheelchair for Clinic:
You can request a wheelchair from security on the first floor of 17 E 102nd Street.
Requesting Long-Term Wheelchair for Patients:
If you aren't looking to borrow a wheelchair but instead need it long-term for a patient, you can either reach out to the Clinical Operations Chair (as we might have some available in storage), or contact the ACT team to order a wheelchair with the Patient Assistance Fund (PAF).
